Holiday Bible Club update...
Thank you for praying for our Holiday Bible Club. We had 16 children yeseterday morning and 5 teens last night. (Some of these numbers are duplicates because 12 year olds can attend both morning and evening rallies.) Today, we had 10 new children with a total of 24 this morning. In total, 26 children have come to HBC.
This is outstanding and we are very thankful for God's goodness. Our minibus has been nearly full of children yesterday and today. Please pray for God's grace for those who are doing the work of the ministry this week and for the children. This morning one of our faithful church children responded to the invitation to get saved and prayed to receive Jesus into their heart. Praise the Lord. "Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not, for of such is the Kingdom of Heaven."
On another note: our family just watched my Grandma Roth's funeral. She passed away while we were in Germany. She was 96 and finished her course for the Lord Jesus Christ. Her funeral was a sweet rememberance of her life and a glorification of her Saviour. May God help us to live out the same legacy. He is worthy!
