Refreshing morning....
God gave us a refreshing morning in His Word. We enjoyed having Blake (student) here this morning. He's here in pursuit of a one year grad degree. Please pray for him as he settles into Scotland. His mom was also with him and it was a joy to meet them both.
We enjoyed focusing on one verse this morning as we, "Learned to Sword Fight" from 2 Timothy 2:15. Please pray that our church would know how to wield the sword of the Word of God.
This is our busy Sunday. We are home for a quick lunch with several of our church family. We are then heading to a 2:00 service at an assisted living facility.
We are one week and counting to our evangelistic meetings with Evangelist Barry Webb. Your prayers are much appreciated as we prepare for what God wants to do in our church. Thank you for praying.
