Wow! Three weeks from today we will have arrived back in Scotland. We get there at 11:15 AM GBT which is 6:15 AM EST. We have a full schedule before our departure and would appreciate your prayers. We have back-to-back missions conferences and then a final Sunday meeting. This week we are enjoying being with Katie's family in Michigan.

God has encouraged us with new supporting churches this week. We want to welcome Highland Baptist in PA and Grace Baptist in SC to our support team! Praise the Lord!

Please pray for our travel plans and our plans for our vehicle here. God has clearly directed in where this vehicle is to go, but we need Him to work out the details in getting it there. We also need wisdom in our packing as we have more going back than we had when we came. I don't know how that happened..... :)

Thank you for faithfully taking our needs to the Lord. God has been very good to us and we are excited to be finishing this part of what God has called us to do.

Thank you for praying for Mac's visa. It should have been straightforward but there was something that just slowed down the process. We received an email yesterday saying that it is on it's way. So, praise the Lord that is done.

We are on our way as well today. We are leaving my parents home and heading down to Bloomington, IL. It is about an 9 hour trip today. Please pray for our meeting this Sunday at Prairie Baptist Church. We are looking forward to heading South away from negative temperatures. :) It is -1 out right now as I type this. We have rarely hit temperatures above zero this week.  Thanks for praying for our family!

That was the highest temperature (fahrenheit) we saw today as we traveled in WI. It will be colder yet on Wednesday.  The Lord gave us safety in all of our travels this weekend. We had another very busy but good Sunday. We were in two churches, one of which supports us. Both were a blessing to us.

Prayer request. Please pray for Mac's visa. We applied over a month ago but are still waiting for it to be issued.

God gave us a wonderful time with family in Des Moines, IA for Christmas. I had the privilige of preaching at the carol sing service at my grandparent's church. Sunday was a full day with the opportunity to teach SS, preach Sunday morning, Sunday Afternoon and Sunday evening (at a different church.) Both churches were a great blessing and God gave us good services. We are currently back in Hudson, WI with my parents. We are looking forward to participating in the New Years Eve service at my home church/ our sending church.

This coming Sunday we have two meetings as well. We will be in Hartford, Wi for the SS, morning, afternoon and a church in Waukesha, WI that evening. We appreciate your prayers for our busy schedule.

I had a neat divine appointment this morning with a person at our motel. He was over a 100 miles from home. We have a supporting church in his area and I mentioned it to him. He knows the church well as a young man from that church and college (Baptist College of Ministry) worked for him at his lawn business. We didn't have a lengthy conversation but he had a great opinion of that young man.

We have gone from sunny Florida to Des Moines, IA in just over a week. On the way we had a meeting in SC and St. Louis. God helped us in both meetings and the churches were an encouragement to us as well.

We get to celebrate Christ's birth tonight at my grandma's church. Except for our year's in Scotland I have only missed one Christmas in Des Moines. We are enjoying some wonderful family time. 

The Lord gave me a divine appointment on MONDAY with Jake. Please pray that God would show him that he can have a personal relationship with Him by faith in Jesus.

We want to welcome Victory Baptist Church in Lavonia, GA to our support team. They voted this past week to take us on. That was encouraging news!

The Lord gave us an encouraging Sunday as well. We visited a supporting church in the morning and a new church in the evening. God gave us blessed services in both locations and we enjoyed our time with both congregations. We were also able to catch up with one of our individual supporters. We are very thankful for God's grace for travel and ministry.

God gave me two divine appointments this weekend. On Friday I spoke with a man and a lady for over twenty minutes. They both expressed gratitude for our conversation. Yesterday morning I spoke with a man who is from the West Indies. He is Rastafarrian.  I shared the story of the Ethiopean Eunuch with him. He told me that he has never understood how one man could die for our sins. He then had to leave to get his child to the bus. But he said he would read onlin what I gave him. Please pray for Daniel. 

One other divine appointment was with a pastor's family at Disney. God put us together while in line for our first ride at Disney. God brought us past each other again at another theme park two days later. I don't know why God did it. But it reminds me of His hand at work in our lives. Thanks for your prayers.

We would like you all to pray for our friends Bernard and Violet that live down the road from us in Scotland.  They are grieving the loss of their 45 year old son this week.  We wish we could be there with them, so please join us in praying for them.

We will be heading 1 1/2 hours east to Titusville, Fl in the morning for their services. Following, we will head to Jacksonville, Fl where we look forward to reaquainting ourselves with friends and serving in a new church there.

We really enjoyed our family fun time here in the Orlando area.

We found out today that we are getting two days as Disney World. Some friends of ours bought us passes. Wow! We are in shock and very excited. God and his children have spoiled us as we have traveled. We are humbled by God's goodness and the generosity of His people.

The Lord gave us a wonderful meeting this past Sunday. We were in South Florida in Bonita Springs. This Sunday we are in Titusville and Jacksonville. Thank you for praying for these meetings.

the Lord gave me a divine appointment today with Michael. He is a 20 year old who has never been convinced that God exists. He asked a question. Where did God come from? God gave me wisdom as I answered. I told him that if I asked an ant to tell me about Michael he would know some things about mankind and yet not know that much. He appreciated my answer. I then told him that God is eternal. Please pray that God would open his heart. Thanks for praying.

The kids and cousins are pretty excited as we get ready to celebrate Logan's birthday. He is now 9 years old. We have plans to go ice skating and attend the Christmas lighting ceremony at Bob Jones. It should be a great day!

The Lord gave us a good meeting on Wednesday. 4 of the last 5 churches have been new churches. It is fun to get acquainted with new ministries.

I have have met two more believers today. Praise the Lord for fellow Christians. There is still a strong group of believers in the US. 

Tomorrow we head to Southern FL. Please pray for our ministry there this Sunday. Thanks for praying for us as we travel.

We enjoyed our meetings at two new churches in Georgia on Sunday. Although their had been sickness at our family's house. God kept our family well. We were beginning to wonder who would be able to go on Sunday. Thankfully all of that sickness is now past and everyone is doing very well.

God added a meeting to our schedule on Sunday. We were visiting good friends of ours and joining them for church. Their pastor kindly gave me the service that night. We have also added two meeting to our schedule in December. 

The Lord gave me a divine appointment with a brother in Christ this morning. It is a blessing to know that we have fellow Christians who are also seeking to serve God. I hope to have a good opportunity to share Christ in the near future. I gave out several tracts yesterday but did not get a prolonged opportunity to speak to someone about the Lord.

We have a Wednesday meeting in SC and then we are in FL for the next two Sundays. Thank you for praying for our ministry.
